Dr. Robert C. Hicks,
C.O.O. Coast to Coast Health Care Services
Dr Hicks graduated from University of Dallas with a B.S. in
Biochemistry and received his M.D. from University of Texas
Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Hicks has over 17 years of
Emergency Department experience and is also Coast to Coast's Chief
Operations Officer. He now lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife
Charnie, and their youngest daughter. Dr. Hicks has 6 children
and 6 grandchildren.

Dr. Paula Silha,
C.A.M. Northwest Region for Coast to Coast Health Care Services
Paula Silha graduated from the University of Washington
Medical School in 1997. She is board certified in Family Practice and
board eligible in Emergency Medicine. For the last ten years, she has
worked in Spokane, Washington as an emergency room physician. Her first
5 years were spent working in a level 2 trauma center at Deaconess
Emergency Room and her last five years have been spent at Valley
Hospital, a level 3 trauma center.
She is very family centered and spends most of her free time
hanging out with her family. Paula grew up in a rural town in Idaho and
had a lifelong dream of working as a "Country Doc."

Dr. Maura Manning,
C.A.M. Mid West Region for Coast to Coast
Maura
graduated pre-med from Notre Dame and received her M.D. from Ohio
State University College of Medicine. Dr. Manning has more than 16
years of Emergency Department experience.
Dr. Manning
currently resides in Ohio with her husband Ed and their 5
wonderful children.

Dr. Jill Jenkins
Dr. Jill Jenkins graduated from Pacific
Lutheran University with a B.S. in Chemistry and earned her M.D. from
the University of Washington School of Medicine. She has worked in
Spokane for 20 years.
"I
look forward to serving the communities of Ritzville and East Adams
county. I grew up in semi-rural areas of Washington (Lake Stevens
and Auburn/Enumclaw) and served as a Peace Corps health volunteer in
West Africa. As a physician, I believe that excellent health care
for all individuals is essential – whether in rural or urban America,
or in developing countries throughout the world. I am devoted as
a physician to providing excellent health care, and to continue to help
individuals build a better life for themselves, their children,
parents, community, and our country. "

Dr. Mary Alice Jaeger
Dr. Jaeger graduated from the
University of Alberta Medical
School. She practiced Family Medicine before moving to Emergency
department over 10 years ago. Mary Alice has served as North Idaho
College EMS Medical Director, Shoshone Medical Center ER Physician
Director, and Shoshone County 911 Committee, Shoshone County EMS
Advisory Board Chairman.
"As a country person and a rural physician, it is my goal to
bring quality care to my patients. The advantage that I have found in
practicing in smaller communities is time. Time to be considerate,
conscientious, and to communicate."
